replace node-zopfli-es by node-zopfli

Would you consider replacing node-zopfli-es by node-zopfli?

As stated on their GitHub node-zopfi-es is flagged depracated in favor of node-zopfli.

This has become more urgent, since node-zopfli-es requires Python 2.7 to build, and with macOS 12.3, Python 2.7 has been removed from being pre-installed on the OS. In fact, upgrading removes it.

Here's the really bad news: node-zopfli also requires Python 2.7, so I think the best choice would be to try to move away from this module entirely.
