Portable furnances don't give xp

It'll be neat to implement it with a config setting allowing for reduced xp production by percentage. default value would be 1, and if modpack creators want to rebalance it they can set the value to, say 0.5, reducing produced xp by 50%, would be even better to show it in tooltips of each furnace, like "XP production: 50%".
