Ubisoft Uplay April Fools "admin_console" code decryptor

Decodes the encrypted message from the text adventure easter egg.

Usage:
    UbiFirstApril [encText, encKey | /h]
        encText: Encrypted text to decrypt.
         encKey: Encryption key to decrypt text with.
             /h: Displays this help message.

Using no parameters will prompt for the encrypted text
and encryption key.
