Version 0.1.1

Fixed installation procedure so that pip install works correctly

Tweaked setup.py so that it works with normal 'pip3 install' in a
virtual environment.  Moved built-in datasets so that ad-cli
can find them after installation.  Updated README.md to describe
install procedures as well as package build and test.
