Describe the bug

An app summary component with multi page group component

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start an app instance and fill out the group that has multiple pages
  2. Navigate to summary page
  3. The user sees an empty blue screen with the below error in console.
    image

Expected behavior

Summary page should be renedered.

test is complete on summary of group component with multipage:true
