Description

Receipt page presents the text "Følgende er sendt inn:" when no data elements are available.

A part of solving #7839 is this bug must be fixed

To Reproduce

  1. Complete the process of an instance where pdf generation is opted out for all dataTypes.
  2. See error

Expected behavior

Now that it is possible to disable PDF generation, the receipt page should be responsive and only show the text "Følgende er sendt inn:" if there is data to present.

test is complete.
Note: this change will available in platform receipt with the next deploy of Altinn platform to TT02 and Prod.
