How

Running from Source

You will need MATLAB installed with the Bioinformatics, Image Processing and Statistics toolboxes.

0. Start MATLAB.
1. Go to the phenoripper directory
2. Run 'phenoripper'

Running from Binary

Binaries for windows are available from the PhenoRipper website

Note: The installer will install the Matlab MCR in addition to the PhenoRipper software

A test image data set is available here and corresponding metadata here
