Grav 1.7 support

• Now compatible with Grav 1.7+.
• Fixed HTML inside links being stripped by links post-processing, by moving back to Grav's Excerpts::getExcerptFromHtml, now fixed.

Bug fixes release

• Fixed error if the page's content is empty.
• Removed unwanted field on the system configuration page.

Per-page configuration

• The engine can be enabled on a per-page basis or enabled/disabled globally, by editing the config/system.yaml or the page's frontmatter. These options are also included in the admin plugin (alongside the other process options).

First release

• Basic but working plugin.
• The engine cannot be enabled per-page (yet).
