View the operational status and active behaviour of the bot.

Show "talk to me at" adapter platform URL
Show name and basic stats, online since?
List public debug, state configs, middleware size
List loaded adapters, with links to NPM
Powered by (or conversation engine) bBot (footer)

Related #28 - Alpha version is just for a simple index for Express server, mostly to make a nice landing when run in Glitch.
