we need to levarege the analytics functionallity of the validator for the need of campaigns

build that have routes for accepting events impression/click and serving analytics by campaign id
updated analytics to the format of the future OUTPACE channes (thransition with on-chain channels will be easier fot the ui)
match ewt token for interface accounts (or change it on the ui/backend imp)
no rate limits for the backend (will act as publisher)
simple cahnnel validation
fee distribution accounting

This task includes - updating the campaigns and channesl structure in ordrer wo make it work as expected - updated version of #341
