During Huaquillas, we started to have the map.geojson of a Field Paper dictate the bounds of OSM and MBTiles for OMK Android. The Atlas was the bounds of both the MBTiles and the OSM.

We have a script that does this, but this should be automatic whenever an atlas is created in Field Papers.
