Addressing #20 fixing the new layout. I'm pretty sure the feature preview for the new repo main page layout is now the default look of the site. If it turns out that this is not the case, we will have to use some checks to only apply where necessary.
This was a pretty simple fix. Most of the work for the file explorer worked seamlessly with the new repo home page. Also added some more documentation in the code.
Also fixes #10 by just text-align: right on the file explorer. The initial load is not a big deal.
