First release

This is the first public release of Skript-Frame, this is also my first java project so the code can be improved and I'm open to any suggestion.

You need the plugin BKCommonLib for a large part of this addon (Latest version : https://ci.mg-dev.eu/job/BKCommonLib/)

• Draw image on map (+support client side)
• Create a new map (Not recommanded to use yet)
• Get an image from a file or an url
• Get the definition of an image
• Convert an image to a minecraft look
• Get all mc byte of an image (signed or unsigned)
• Get all colors of the mc palette
• Get the matched mc color from an rgb color
• Get the matched mc color ID from an rgb color
• Get the pixel targeted by an entity in range [0;128]
