Make the setup so we can start translating the site into different languages.

I wrote a very basic canvas to it, translated files will be available here:
https://github.com/AndreMiras/etheroll/tree/38fecea/src/translations
I made a demo for French and Spanish
I still need to go through all the strings, but that's the idea.
Currently it picks up the langage from the browser automatically, but I'd also like to make it configurable via a button
