First of all you need add VPNGate configuration to tunnelblick by hand. You can use one of http://www.vpngate.net/en/ as example, just rename .ovpn file to VPNGate.ovpn before adding to Tunnelblick

oprional country code or name of selected country, if no one intered vpn with best score will be used
