Learn about vigilant mode.
  1. Implemented screen mirroring.
    Added 2 new services: Fermata Mirror and Fermata FS Mirror.
    The last one is implemented as an AA navigation app and,
    thus, it has support for full screen, but it has a limited
    support for touch screen navigation.
  2. Vietnamese language, thanks to @quocvuong1105.
  3. Fixes.
