biplot2d3d - Windows first release

The first release of 'biplot2d3d', an R package for generating highly-customizable biplots.
The binaries were generated in Windows 7 with R 3.4.1.

Package name corrected from "biplots2d3d" to "biplot2d3d". Additionally, several minor corrections in both code and documentation.
Corrected test text line spacing, giving control over paragraph and lines.
