PCWG-Share-1.1 Aggregation Tool

Release v1.0.0 was designed to work with the PCWG Tool version 0.6.0 and 0.6.2 datasets provided for PCWG-Share-1.1.

Results from this tool were presented at the AWEA Wind Resource and Plant Performance Assessment Workshop in September 2016. This release is suggested for users who are interested in analyzing their own data sets.
