When this milestone is reached, a user should be able to run the minimum working example in the `Tests/article’ directory with the following results:

1. The examples should compile without giving error messages

When this milestone is reached, a user should be able to run the minimum working example in the `Tests/article’ directory with the following results:

1. The examples should compile without giving error messages
2. Compilation should produce a tagged, structured PDF when viewed in an appropriate viewer.

N.B. The tagging should be correct for basic environments in latex. However, environments or constructs introduced by other packages may not tag correctly.

The goal is to produce a minimum viable package. I know that we have already released version 2.0.0, but that version number increment is used to emphasise the lack of backward compatibility with the initial release from Babett in 2007.
