A lot of new stuff around! BETA

This version adds a bunch of new shiny features, some of which are:

• Internal mode. Same functionality with no Arduino!
• Way of measuring the Audio output latency
• Faster Serial Communication code
• A lot of QoL improvements
• Even more bugs!

Yes, the last one is bugs. This is a pre-release, so please save often!
I'm unsure about the backwards compatibility with files from past versions, so in case of any start-up crashes please remove the old files located at: %AppData%\Roaming\LatencyMeterRefreshed

Ummm... also, it supports 64-bit now 💀
