Describe the bug
the plugin's file has DLL extension instead of PLGX.

I've been investigating this from the beginning, but I really don't know how to import the relevant libraries (Windows UWP APIs mostly) without causing some kind of incompatibility when using plgx file. If there is someone with more experience to help out, it would be appreciated. I will still try to look into this, but for now I will label the issue as HelpWanted.
