The current repository contains two folders with scripts used for analysis of the data in the paper "Genes associated with cognitive ability and HAR show overlapping expression patterns in human cortical neuron types" by SLW Driessens, A Galakhova, DB Heyer et al, 2023.
Folder Patch_seq_data_analysis contains MatLab scripts, which were used to analyse the data and produce Figures 3,4,5,S2. Folder RNAseq_analysis contains scripts written in Python, which were used to analyse the data and produce Figures 1,2 and S1.
