Formats Leave behind span when toggling #126

This should probably be addressed in textorum.

Select text
Apply a format (bold, underline, sup, sub etc..)
Toggle the format, you are left with a wrapping span.
Not too much of an issue as these spans dissapear when saved, but can have interesting effects when attempting to combine it with other features such as links. Or could be confusing for the user
