SainSmart 4-channel 5V USB Relay Board Module Controller For Automation Robotics (SKU:20-018-910) 

    
     - Make sure FTDI D2XX drivers are installed: http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/D2XX.htm
     - Reference the .NET Wrapper FTD2XX_NET v1.0.14.0: http://www.ftdichip.com/Support/SoftwareExamples/CodeExamples/CSharp.htm
     - Code assumes R10 Jumper is fitted, enabling the relays to be powered by USB 5V
