FR: Sorting queued episodes

When you'r in the queue screen,

• press menu,
• there you have 3 options,
• you choose "sorting", you have 3 more options,
• you choose one of them, you have 2 more options.

Argghhh!

A little request: in the first menu deleting "sorting", adding "sorting A-Z" | "sorting Z-A" | "sorting longest first" | "sorting shortest first" | "sorting newest first" | "sorting oldest first".

But I'll keep sorting and just flatten the second and third level.
Don't think people re-sort the queue too often, a second level should be fine.

Basically the same as in the sorting menu in the 'apply actions' screen :)

We have a ton of different sorting options now. Moving them one layer up in the menu would make the list huge. If you need to sort really often, you can just enable the "Keep sorted" option that was added in AntennaPod 1.7.3 (currently rolling out on Google Play).
