Don't add completed downloads automatically and always into playlist

Hello,

this app is great. I'm using it for many podcasts. I'm downloading many podcasts episodes in the night automatically. But I don't want to see them all automatically and always in my playlist.

My idea is to integrate two options:

1. You can globally activate or deactivate the queuing of completed downloads into the playlist.
2. You can choose for each podcast if you want AntennaPod to add the downloads automatically into the playlist.

There is now an option for this in Settings->Playback->"Enqueue downloaded"
