Implement Suchey-Brooks method in age estimation module

The ontological basis for implementation of the first aspect of the Phaleron age estimation module, the Suchey-Brooks method of pubic age determination, has been merged into the Phaleron App Ontology.

What needs to be implemented is shown in the dataset tabs. The other tabs explain the functional background.

Required background information provides the construction plan for the Suchey-Brooks extension which is a dependency of the age estimation module:

Note that the annotations informing about sex-related context have been added via the Phaleron App Ontology (cf. issue #28).

With commit 6105da8, all errors preventing implementation should be removed.

There had been issues with undeclared object properties in the app ontology.

As decided in an RDFBones/AnthroGraph meeting on 18 July 2023, this issue has been moved to the Phaleron App Ontology repository as issue AnthroGraph/RDFBones-App#7.
