Implement Suchey-Brooks method in age estimation module

The ontological basis for implementation of the first aspect of the Phaleron age estimation module, the Suchey-Brooks method of pubic age determination, has been merged into the Phaleron App Ontology.

Note that the annotations informing about sex-related context have been added via the Phaleron App Ontology (cf. issue AnthroGraph/Phaleron-AppOntology#28).

This is a duplicate of issue AnthroGraph/Phaleron-AppOntology#30. In an RDFBones/AnthroGraph meeting on 18 July 2023 it was decided to move it from the App Ontology repository to the RDFBones App.
