An educational app project to teach children how to sort their waste. We use machine learning, particularly computer vision, to determine the appropriate bin for discarding each type of waste. We won the "Best Use of AI" award and placed second overall out of twenty-five projects at the 2024 Hackathon at Polytechnique Montréal.
