Pre-release build of rxTools 3.0

This is the current version of rxTools from official branch (there is only really one small pull request in this fork not merged yet with official branch and that's just for a change to gitignore which doesn't impact the compiled code)

Note that official release of 3.0 will eventually have n3DS support. Thus this will be labeled a pre-release and will not reflect the features that the final version on the main branch will have. This version does NOT work on n3DS!

Change log:

1. CakeHAX merged.
2. Bottom screen frame buffers fixed on all entry-points.
3. Ninjhax support fixed.
4. filepack encryption disabled as it's no longer necessary.
5. Fixes to GUI etc. Refer to roxas75/rxtools for list of changes as of 07/06/15 - 12:13PM CDT

Final release of 2.6 version of rxTools with CakeHAX

This is not a release of new rxTools. This is the archived release of my now deleted fork of rxTools 2.6. This release includes the obsolete source code and compiled binary of rxTools 2.6 with CakeHAX added and my custom bottom screen stuff.

The original fork had to be deleted before I could do a pull request involving the new rxTools stuff. :P

This will be the final time I do anything with old 2.6 version of rxTools. All further work (and current fork) will involve rxTools 3.0.
