Apollo should be able to generate thumbnails for as many file types as possible

  • Generates thumbnails for
    • JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, ...
    • MP4, mov, mkv, ...
  • Apollo is able to use embedded thumbnails/posters/covers as thumbnails
    • MP3
    • MP4, MKV

Support extracting embeded cover images for thumbnail generation (#16)

We treat every video stream with an average frame rate of 0 as an potential stream containing an cover instead of listing all image codecs and checking agains that.
This might produce false-positives in some cases where the file meta data is bogus, but I think that's a nice trade-off for now until somebody can provide an example file for that
