Describe the feature
Scenario A: 16 Buckets and 16B of water in terminal and 16 free inventory slots.
Shift clicking with a stack of 16 buckets and 16 buckets of water will automatically fill all of the buckets and place them in your inventory.

Scenario B: 16 Buckets and 16B of water in terminal and 10 free inventory slots.
Shift clicking with a stack of 16 buckets will only result in 10 buckets being filled, turning the original stack to 6 buckets, 10 buckets of water, and 6B of water left in the terminal.

Scenario C: 3 Thermal Expansion Portable Tank (Regular holds 32 buckets), 100B of water in terminal
Shift clicking with the TE Portable Tank Container removes a total of (32 x 3) 96 buckets from the terminal, leaving 4B worth of water behind.

Reasons why it should be considered
Additional quality of life, helpful when filling up multiple buckets of water but don't necessarily want to use an export bus.

Also me, yes, zero coercion skills used. Much good of an idea this is.
