Arguably default parameters are part of the interface, idetools reports the types of the parameters for a proc but won't tell their default values.

nimsuggest has its own bug tracker now.

- added  "compiler_integration/" test  category  for  lexer, parser,  error message checking.
- move "bind" to lang_stmts/bind/ -- it is a statement
- move "array" to  lang_types/array/ -- it is a type
- move "openarray" to lang_types/openarray/ -- it is a type
