Add important info (e.g. breaking changes) to Release Notes

Expected behavior

The Release Notes contains important and relevant information, e.g. any change that might break previous behavior.

Actual behavior

My code stopped working because now "batch" is a reserved keyword, and I had it as the name of a type and the name of a linked property in another type. There is no mention of this change in either the Release Notes or the full changelog.
