[Minor] v0.29.2 -- Reworked Bastion & Bug fixes
- fixed a bug where sometimes Oblivion nuke launch sound wouldn't play
- Fixed nanite response time impacting nanoregen rate instead of max rate

Longbow:
Changed weapon from 8x missiles to 20 regenerating missiles (similar to barbarian). reload time 7s -> 12s. Damage: 230x8 -> 128x20 (230dps -> 213dps, but larger spread)
Fixed a tooltip crash when selecting units in fog
Fixed custom formations crash when selecting units in fog
Build ranges updated so all constructors and comms can build commander production line

Compatibility notes:
- This version is compatible with Zero-K v1.9.9.0. Previous versions (0.22.49 and below) have partial compatibility problems.
Gameplay changes:

- Added UnitAI that helps jumpjet units avoid fall damage.

- Retreat now triggers on disarm and needs to be below 50% to unretreat.

[Minor] 0.20.14: Singularity Maintenance
Bug fixes / Enhancements
- Fixed singularity rendering. Before all singularities would be erroneously big. Each singularity now has its own ceg as a result. The final animation still needs work, but the system has been improved to allow freer configuration.
- Added a NOCEG option for cluster munitions.
