Information to reproduce the behavior:

1. Game Version: 1.1.53
2. Modlist: See forum thread attachments

Examine the server logs or %AppData%\Factorio\factorio-current.log after starting up with these mods and this game version; the error mentioned in the forum thread will be present.

This issue can be closed. Has been fixed by PR #914
