What is this fixing or adding?

Adds the ability to specify dlcs to add into the available song pool.

As of now there are 2 options: Miku in Museland (A newly added paid dlc.) and MSR Anthology (A timed DLC going away late January.)

Notes:

  • This PR also updates options to the newer api.
  • This PR also includes a song update to add all new songs from the Miku update.
  • Muse Plus is still a separate option for now. This was to keep it under the simple settings, as this option is important for giving a lot more variety to the randomiser.

How was this tested?

Tests + Generations + local playtest
