nx-libs ships code in nx-X11/lib/Xcursor, but does not build anything from that code nor symlinks any of those files into other parts of the nx-libs source tree.
It only uses a little shell script in nx-X11/lib/Xrender (config-subst), so moving that script there and dropping everything else in nx-X11/lib/Xcursor/.
