Just more Russian translation updates.

I kindly suggest that you stop pushing "регион" as translation for "region".

Also, translating status messages from first person, e.g. "вычисляю", contradicts the established norm and will be reverted.

And one more thing. Please pay attention to the context. When you see a message such as "remove control point", i.e. starting in lower case and describing an action, it's most likely a message used for "Undo `%s'". We don't translate that in the imperative form to make it look good in actual GUI.

I'll review and move good changes from your patch to a new commit and hand it over to Robin for pushing. Thanks for your continuous contributions :)

Сейчас region переводится в файле как "область", но как "область" там во многих местах переведен и range, что создает путаницу.

I see that Prokoudine don't accept correct translations, so I stopped even to try to contribute further. Too sad that Russian translation of Ardour will stay incorrect and messy.

If you pay a little more attention to my recent changes, you'll see that I'm actually improving the consistency of the translation by separating everything the following way:

region = область
range = диапазон
selection = выделение
