parameter export adds too many trailing zeros.

.param files are messy to read due to all the trailing zeros.
To illustrate, I attached a meld comparison between a cleaner version (basically an export rounded to up to 8 decimals), and current output.

I assume this a 1-minute fix for somebody out there :)
