Makes the Maxwell song from Lethal Things the actual "Maxwell theme"

Manual Installation (if downloaded from thunderstore or github releases)

1. Install BepInEx
2. Install LCSoundTool
3. Install LethalThings
4. Extract MaxwellPatch.dll, maxwell.wav and maxwell2.wav into the plugins folder of BepInEx (Preferably into a separate folder)
