INSTRUCTIONS TO USE:

STEP1: Keep the 'link_refer' folder at your home folder or at ~/ location

STEP2: Keep the 'links' folder anywhere you wish to keep your files

STEP3: run the 'setup.py' to help your lref find out about links' position in your system

STEP4: Git init the links repository then add and commit the repo

STEP4: Till wizard is fully developed, you can play with the csv files of the htmls ngos and links and

use the shell file in link_refer to build the html you wish, 'ngos' or 'links' by simply going to the folder $./links.sh <name> <location> "some message" : here is 'ngos' or 'links' and is the value of directory you'll find inside the config.ini in link_refer folder
