feat: Vite component, build and release improvements

• fix(projen.component.release-please): setup pnpm, update actions, no frozen lock
• fix(projen): apply nx job config to release-please, build cjs as well.
• feat(projen): define vite component
• feat(projen.components.unbuild): define files field, add ci conditional on stub
• feat(projen.components.vite): implement vite component.
• feat(projen.components.vue): integrate with vite if found.
• chore(projen): update managed files.
