I cant seem to get Textractor to pull all the characters from sentences, it just pulls some of them. help?

I'm having this issue with a lot of games, lines don't getting translated or translation being cut in half, i tried to download this alpha build to see if works better Uploading texthook-20231107.zip but when i click on top of it the page just update, doesn't download anything.
