Add ScrollBar and enhance design and fix some issue

Description

I added scrollbar to this TODOList and also add checkbox for Todoitems so user can check or uncheck easily and fix container width.

Suggestions :

• ignore node_modules through .gitignore so we can easily pull & push project and track your repo speedly. you can install package using npm i or npm install for node_modules

How Has This Been Tested?
