Depends on:

This PR:

  • Adds a new module: ash.avalanche.eth_call that allows calling smart contract's functions on EVM networks
  • Adds new filters: ash.avalanche.XXX_to_XXX to convert strings between encoding (mainly hexadecimal and CB58)
  • Adds a new playbook to the ash.avalanche.node role: ash-node.yml that enriches the node configuration with on-chain information. For now, it queries the AshRouter contract directly to get the list of subnetIDs to add to avalanche_whitelisted_subnets
