Hotfix for 'TaikoModStuff' feature only framerate configuration Work with Borderless & Window mode

After 1.3.1.0 update the game ran on Unity IL2CPP scripting backend (previously was Unity Mono) Thank to ghorsington Contributor of BepInEx

1. Install new BepInEx(UnityIL2CPP version) -> BepInEx_UnityIL2CPP
2. Start the game once to let the BepInEx generate the file.
3. Download TaikoUncap and copy to \BepInEx\plugins -> TaikoUncap v1.0
4. Enjoy
