- Added Launcher installation
- Added IWshRuntimeLibrary
- Added shortcut creation for the Launcher after it's been downloaded
- Moved Path.txt creation to %appdata%/Ubisoft/Assassins Creed/ so the launcher's shortcut can reach it consistently
