Many tests fail because the SVO servers are down:
http://svo2.cab.inta-csic.es/theory/fps3/fps.php

SVO theoretical services
Service temporarilly unavailable.

We are having some technical problems and our services will be unavailable for some days.

We apologize for any inconvenience.

We need to ensure ScopeSim is usable even without the SVO services.
