Handles LUTs for MHW

positional arguments:
  input_filenames       list of input files with extension

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -s, --stack           stack multiple filters and apply them sequentially before storing the result
  -o OUTPUT, -output OUTPUT
                        output file name (with extension), if converting multiple non-stacking files use first input
                        filename as replacement string
